The standard land value is an official average value and the basis for determining the value of a property - and thus also of real estate.
The expert committee sets the land value.
The standard land value must be recalculated and determined at least every two years.
However, the standard land value is not binding, but only serves as a guide.
On the geodata portal Boris.de Interested parties can view the current standard land values and receive further information.
