With the public transport network, Burghausen's residents and all guests of the city can easily reach almost all destinations within and outside of Burghausen.

In addition to the city bus, which runs all year round, there is also a beer garden bus and a shuttle bus in Burghausen and the surrounding area in the summer months. The beer garden bus runs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until 22.35:XNUMX p.m. The shuttle bus runs back and forth between the parking lot at the exhibition hall and the old town. The city of Burghausen uses special buses for various festivals such as the Burgfest. In addition, there are, for example, shuttle buses to the Plätten rides.

The city bus runs free of charge in the Burghausen city area on Saturdays and Sundays.

Since the city of Burghausen attaches great importance to sustainability, mobility within the city and the region is becoming increasingly important. The city is currently developing concepts for this and is initiating appropriate measures.
