Since summer 2020 there have been two car-sharing benches in Burghausen. The two orange benches near the Konradkirche and in the Scheuerhof district of Burghausen offer people who do not have their own vehicle the opportunity to drive to the desired location with others. Most of the time it's about trips from Raitenhaslach to Burghausen or sometimes from Burghausen to Emmerting.
If you want to use the ride-on bench, pull one of the templates out of the post, which shows where the waiting person wants to go. Then you sit down on the bench and wait for a driver to give you a lift.
