According to its rules of procedure, the city of Burghausen publishes official notices on four official notice boards in the city of Burghausen.
Excerpt from the rules of procedure with the locations of the official notice boards:
§ 36
type of notice
(1) Statutes and ordinances are officially announced by being deposited in an office of the Burghausen city administration for inspection and the deposition is announced by posting it on the city's official notice board. The notice will not be placed on the official notice board until the statute or ordinance has been filed in an office of the city administration. It is attached to all official notice boards and is not removed again for at least 14 days. The city official entrusted with this shall make a record of when he put up the notice and when he took it down again. The transcript is filed. If, exceptionally, a statute or ordinance is officially published for an important reason in a way other than that specified in Art. 26 Para.
(2) The city of Burghausen maintains the following official notices:
1. at the town hall, Burghausen, Stadtplatz 112,
2. on the connecting wall at the residential building at Robert-Koch-Strasse 11,
3. at the residential building at Anton-Riemerschmid-Strasse 27/29/31
4. on Klosterstraße in the Raitenhaslach district, Scheuerhof district
